Des del nostre centre UPHILL Centre d’Assessorament Terapèutic, oferim servei a nivell de prevenció d’addiccions a les noves tecnologies (videojocs, mòbil, ordinadors, internet, xarxes socials, etc.).
Arran d’un augment en la demanda d’assessorament en aquest tipus d’addiccions que evidencia l’auge d’aquesta problemàtica, creiem necessari abordar una tasca de conscienciació i difusió d’informació veraç i útil en relació a aquesta temàtica.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

La prevenció que oferim es pot diferenciar en:<\/h4>\n

-Programes preventius:<\/strong> adreçats principalment a col·lectiu adolescent<\/strong> així com també a mares, pares i educadors. Aquest tipus d’intervenció és una eina que permet proporcionar al beneficiari coneixements en relació a 1) els riscos relacionats amb l’abús de les tecnologies, 2) com prevenir-ho mitjançant diverses estratègies de regulació del consum i 3) a qui acudir en el cas que es necessiti ajuda. A través d’aquests programes de caràcter informatiu es pretén fomentar la idea d’utilitzar les noves tecnologies com una eina més i no com un impediment o un fre per realitzar altres activitats. Elaborar programes de prevenció escolar en edats primerenques així com programes de prevenció i sensibilització dirigits als pares i mares és una via d’actuació per prevenir possibles addiccions a les noves tecnologies.
-Assessorament individualitzat:<\/strong> davant d’un cas concret en què s’evidenciïn indicis de poder desenvolupar una addicció a les noves tecnologies, duem a terme una intervenció individualitzada adaptada a les característiques del cas a fi de minimitzar la probabilitat que l’addicció tingui lloc.<\/p>\n
