{"id":1518,"date":"2018-07-10T16:58:48","date_gmt":"2018-07-10T16:58:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/?p=1518"},"modified":"2018-07-10T17:08:24","modified_gmt":"2018-07-10T17:08:24","slug":"lauto-afecte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/lauto-afecte\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;auto-afecte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Quan es realitza un treball terap\u00e8utic en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de les addiccions, l\u2019enfoc no nom\u00e9s es centra en deixar el consum de la subst\u00e0ncia o del comportament en q\u00fcesti\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que cal realitzar un abordatge de diferents \u00e0rees per poder treballar en profunditat el problema existent.<\/p>\n<p>Un aspecte de gran import\u00e0ncia pel benestar de les persones \u00e9s l\u2019auto-afecte, motiu pel qual el treballem des del centre a trav\u00e9s de ter\u00e0pies grupals, sessions individuals i mitjan\u00e7ant tallers de caire m\u00e9s din\u00e0mic.<\/p>\n<p>El concepte d\u2019<strong>auto-afecte<\/strong> (Neff, 2011) fa refer\u00e8ncia a la manera bondadosa amb la qual ens relacionem amb nosaltres mateixos\/es enfront situacions doloroses o de frac\u00e0s. De la mateixa manera que posem atenci\u00f3 al tracte que donem als altres, tamb\u00e9 caldria fer-ho envers nosaltres mateixos. Tot i aix\u00f2, molts cops es d\u00f3na prioritat a all\u00f2 extern i la pr\u00f2pia persona queda en un segon pla.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, quan volem treballar l\u2019auto-afecte hem de tenir en compte els seus tres components:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Auto-amabilitat<\/strong>: transmetre\u2019s bondat, ser comprensius i acceptar els errors propis, enlloc de donar-nos constantment cr\u00edtiques destructives. L\u2019auto-cr\u00edtica sol estar lligada amb un fort desig de control i mant\u00e9 una forta relaci\u00f3 amb la depressi\u00f3 i la insatisfacci\u00f3 vital. A m\u00e9s, els sentiments que sorgeixen arrel del judici cap a nosaltres mateixos\/es en relaci\u00f3 a les nostres debilitats s\u2019associen amb conductes autodestructives com el consum de drogues, la conducci\u00f3 temer\u00e0ria, les autolesions i, en casos extrems, amb intents de su\u00efcidi. La millor manera d\u2019afrontar l\u2019auto-cr\u00edtica \u00e9s entendre-la i intentar substituir-la per una resposta m\u00e9s bondadosa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Humanitat comuna:<\/strong> veure les situacions dif\u00edcils com a quelcom natural, com a part inherent de l\u2019\u00e9sser hum\u00e0. Adoptant aquesta visi\u00f3 evitem a\u00efllar-nos perqu\u00e8 ens adonem que hi ha altres persones del nostre entorn que passen pel mateix i que poden ser un bon recolzament. A trav\u00e9s de les ter\u00e0pies grupals, s\u2019evidencia aquesta humanitat comuna que reconforta a la persona que est\u00e0 passant per un moment complicat. La percepci\u00f3 de connexi\u00f3 amb les altres persones permet afrontar les adversitats amb menys por i m\u00e9s flexibilitat.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Mindfulness<\/em> o atenci\u00f3 plena<\/strong>: prendre consci\u00e8ncia dels nostres pensaments i sentiments sense judicis i de manera equilibrada. Sovint quan ens veiem absorbits per una situaci\u00f3 dif\u00edcil, la nostra ment \u00e9s dif\u00edcil de parar per\u00f2 cal aprendre estrat\u00e8gies per a gestionar els pensaments reincidents i saber-los transformar per poder fer front a la situaci\u00f3 de manera efica\u00e7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quan l\u2019auto-afecte millora, s\u2019aprecien beneficis en multiplicitat d\u2019aspectes com ara en la resili\u00e8ncia i l\u2019estabilitat emocional, l\u2019empatia, l\u2019optimisme, la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional i el benestar.<\/p>\n<p>Recorda que la persona amb la qual has de passar vint-i-quatre hores al dia durant els tres-cents seixanta-cinc dies de l\u2019any ets tu mateix, qu\u00e8 millor que saber com tractar-te?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Neff, K.
