Els s\u00edmptomes que apareixen generen en la persona un fort malestar que facilita la represa del consum per tal d\u2019evitar-los o alleugerir-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el per\u00edode inicial de tractament \u00e9s de gran import\u00e0ncia ajudar al pacient amb recursos efica\u00e7os a fer front al s\u00edndrome d\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia per tal d\u2019aconseguir transcorre\u2019l amb el menor malestar evitant una possible recaiguda. Generalment, la persona ja ha intentat sense \u00e8xit aconseguir-ho per\u00f2 al no tenir les eines necess\u00e0ries, el consum ha tornat a apar\u00e8ixer. Aix\u00ed doncs, la persona apr\u00e8n a que no \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de sortir d\u2019aquest espiral i t\u00e9 por a reviure aquesta simptomatologia, motiu pel qual el consum es mant\u00e9 i els per\u00edodes d\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia cada cop s\u00f3n m\u00e9s breus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El s\u00edndrome d\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia sol variar segons el t\u00f2xic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el consum <strong>d\u2019alcohol<\/strong>, pot apar\u00e8ixer sudoraci\u00f3, acceleraci\u00f3 card\u00edaca, tremolors, insomni, n\u00e0usees, al\u00b7lucinacions, agitaci\u00f3, entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb el consum de <strong>c\u00e0nnabis<\/strong>, \u00e9s freq\u00fcent que es manifesti irritabilitat, r\u00e0bia, agressivitat, nerviosisme, ansietat, insomni, p\u00e8rdua de la gana o del pes, estat d\u2019\u00e0nim deprimit i s\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics (dolor abdominal, tremolors, sudoraci\u00f3, febre, mal de cap&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan es tracta <strong>d\u2019opiacis<\/strong>, com la metadona o la morfina, poden apar\u00e8ixer v\u00f2mits, dolors musculars, llagrimeig, secreci\u00f3 nasal, sudoraci\u00f3, diarrea, febre, insomni, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb el consum <strong>d\u2019ansiol\u00edtics<\/strong> sedants-hipn\u00f2tics, com diazepam, lorazepam o buspirona, sorgeix sovint ansietat, insomni, tremolors, agitaci\u00f3, sudoraci\u00f3, v\u00f2mits, acceleraci\u00f3 card\u00edaca, al\u00b7lucinacions, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant el per\u00edode d\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia <strong>d\u2019estimulants<\/strong> com la coca\u00efna i les amfetamines, apareixen freq\u00fcentment s\u00edmptomes com fatiga, somnis v\u00edvids i desagradables, insomni o hipers\u00f2mnia, augment de la gana, retr\u00e0s psicomotor o agitaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En les <strong>addiccions comportamentals<\/strong>, com la ludopatia o l\u2019addicci\u00f3 al sexe, apareix tamb\u00e9 una simptomatologia que accentua el malestar de la persona, sobretot a nivell psicol\u00f2gic, per tal que torni a dur a terme la conducta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta simptomatologia pot variar en funci\u00f3 de cada persona i es veu alterada en cas que hi hagi policonsum, \u00e9s a dir, que es&nbsp; consumeixi m\u00e9s d\u2019un t\u00f2xic com sol ser freq\u00fcent.
