Aquesta negaci\u00f3 pot ser total (\u201cjo no tinc cap problema\u201d) o parcial, al minimitzar-ne la gravetat (\u201ctampoc n\u2019hi ha per tant\u201d). Per aquest motiu, sovint la persona tarda m\u00e9s del previst en fer el pas real i ferm de demanar ajuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con\u00e8ixer les excuses o fal\u00b7l\u00e0cies m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents, ajuda a prendre consci\u00e8ncia de la realitat de la problem\u00e0tica tant per la pr\u00f2pia persona com per l\u2019entorn m\u00e9s proper. A continuaci\u00f3, s\u2019exposen alguns dels discursos m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u201cNO \u00c9S TAN GREU\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La persona s\u2019intenta enganyar sobre la gravetat de la problem\u00e0tica. Al principi, malgrat l\u2019addicci\u00f3 estigui instaurada, la persona sol fer una vida aparentment normal que dificulta veure el malestar i la depend\u00e8ncia que hi ha al darrere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u201cNO FAIG MAL A NING\u00da\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Generalment s\u2019associa el dany a una situaci\u00f3 cr\u00edtica, extremadament greu i amb conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies visibles de forma evident. En el cas de les addiccions, el mal es genera des d\u2019un bon principi per\u00f2 al anar creixent progressivament fa que la persona ho normalitzi i s\u2019hi adapti. A m\u00e9s, el patiment no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s cap a un mateix sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 cap a les persones m\u00e9s properes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u201c\u00c9S NORMAL\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Una altra excusa freq\u00fcent consisteix en resguardar-se en d\u2019altres testimonis propers amb un funcionament similar per\u00f2 que no han desenvolupat depend\u00e8ncia. Especialment sol succeir amb perfils joves i tamb\u00e9 amb el consum promogut i acceptat socialment com l\u2019alcohol, el joc i el c\u00e0nnabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u201cNOM\u00c9S GAUDEIXO\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els efectes temporals del consum generen a la persona amb addicci\u00f3 una sensaci\u00f3 de fals benestar que mant\u00e9 la depend\u00e8ncia. En el moment en qu\u00e8 apareix el malestar del s\u00edndrome d\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia o cal afrontar determinades situacions complicades, es recorre novament al consum per evitar el patiment i crear aquesta recurrent i falsa sensaci\u00f3 d\u2019estar b\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u201cNO HO PUC CANVIAR\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest argument erroni sol apar\u00e8ixer en persones que porten molt temps consumint i que conceben el canvi d\u2019aquest funcionament com a impossible. Solen ser persones que han intentat sense \u00e8xit abandonar el consum ja sigui per compte propi o a trav\u00e9s de mitjans poc adequats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u201cNECESSITO CONSUMIR\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels components centrals de l\u2019addicci\u00f3 \u00e9s la creen\u00e7a de necessitar consumir i de no contemplar cap altre opci\u00f3 possible. La depend\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica i psicol\u00f2gica generen aquesta sensaci\u00f3 de necessitat que fa que la persona hagi de consumir per poder fer front a els situacions quotidianes. A m\u00e9s, el consum sol utilitzar-se com una forma d\u2019intentar reduir altres problemes existents, com la tristesa, l\u2019ansietat o la r\u00e0bia. L\u2019aparent sensaci\u00f3 de millora temporal retroalimenta la necessitat de consumir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;<strong>\u201cEL TRACTAMENT NO \u00c9S PER MI\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Entorn el tractament per a les addiccions hi ha una gran quantitat de mites que generen una pronunciada retic\u00e8ncia. \u00c9s molt freq\u00fcent imaginar que els perfils que es troben en un centre especialitzat en aquest \u00e0mbit s\u00f3n un prototip que en poques ocasions coincideix amb la realitat. L\u2019addicci\u00f3 no diferencia en funci\u00f3 del sexe, edat, professi\u00f3, nivell econ\u00f2mic, cultura, educaci\u00f3, etc. Aix\u00ed que la varietat de perfils \u00e9s molt diversa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb el tractament tamb\u00e9 apareix retic\u00e8ncia en relaci\u00f3 al temps o els diners a invertir, sense saber exactament com funciona i basant-se en el desconeixement. Tamb\u00e9 pot afectar haver tingut experi\u00e8ncies pr\u00e8vies negatives amb d\u2019altres professionals de la salut mental que han fomentat la idea de la inutilitat del tractament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u201cHO TINC CONTROLAT\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La falsa seguretat que es percep quan un creu que pot controlar el consum \u00e9s un motiu m\u00e9s per posposar la demanda d\u2019ajuda. \u00c9s freq\u00fcent que la persona amb addicci\u00f3 hagi tingut per\u00edodes de temps en qu\u00e8 hagi disminu\u00eft o aturat el consum i que justifiqui que el retorn va ser totalment conscient. La sensaci\u00f3 de fals control tamb\u00e9 apareix quan la persona substitueix el consum habitual per un altre de nou, de manera que creu que ja ha solucionat el problema per\u00f2 l\u2019\u00fanic que ha fet ha estat canviar-li la forma (Ex. persona que consumia coca\u00efna, deixa de fer-ho i augmenta el consum d\u2019alcohol).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A vegades aquests arguments erronis no nom\u00e9s els expressa o pensa la persona amb addicci\u00f3 sin\u00f3 que fins i tot l\u2019entorn m\u00e9s proper pot acabar creient-los degut a la manipulaci\u00f3 rebuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La baixa consci\u00e8ncia de patologia \u00e9s molt freq\u00fcent en les persones que pateixen addicci\u00f3 i \u00e9s una de les causes que endarrereix l\u2019inici de tractament.
