Aix\u00ed doncs, una part fonamental del proc\u00e9s terap\u00e8utic es centrar\u00e0 en la <strong>prevenci\u00f3 de recaigudes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan parlem de <strong>recaiguda<\/strong> fem refer\u00e8ncia al retroc\u00e9s cap a pensaments i comportaments caracter\u00edstics de l\u2019addicci\u00f3 activa que comporten el retorn al consum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s important entendre que la recaiguda succeeix de forma <strong>gradual<\/strong>: comen\u00e7a setmanes o fins i tot mesos abans que es dugui a terme el consum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectiu del tractament \u00e9s ajudar a recon\u00e8ixer i actuar en les <strong>etapes inicials<\/strong> de recaiguda, degut a una major probabilitat d\u2019\u00e8xit per reconduir-ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aprendre a <strong>identificar les senyals d\u2019alerta<\/strong> i <strong>desenvolupar habilitats d\u2019afrontament<\/strong> saludables seran dos eines de gran utilitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dintre del proc\u00e9s gradual de la recaiguda, podem distingir tres etapes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Recaiguda emocional<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tracta de la fase inicial de recaiguda psicol\u00f2gica on la persona no pensa en consumir, per\u00f2 les emocions i els comportaments l\u2019estan acostant a una recaiguda futura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La persona recorda per\u00edodes on consumia i no vol repetir-ho. Per aquest motiu, \u00e9s freq\u00fcent la negaci\u00f3 de l\u2019inici del proc\u00e9s de recaiguda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicadors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Acumulaci\u00f3 d\u2019emocions no compartides<\/li><li>A\u00efllament<\/li><li>Desvinculaci\u00f3 terap\u00e8utica: no anar a ter\u00e0pia o anar-hi per\u00f2 no compartir<\/li><li>Enfoc en els problemes o el funcionament d\u2019altres persones<\/li><li>Defici\u00e8ncia en l\u2019autocura emocional, psicol\u00f2gica i f\u00edsica: son, alimentaci\u00f3, temps per un mateix&#8230;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fruit d\u2019una autocura personal deficient prolongada apareix el malestar a l\u2019al\u00e7a. La persona es sent inc\u00f2moda, inquieta, irritable, descontenta i tensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Recaiguda mental<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta etapa es caracteritza per la dualitat mental entre consumir i no fer-ho. El malestar ocasionat per la recaiguda emocional fomenta el desig d\u2019escapar-ne mitjan\u00e7ant el consum. Progressivament, la resist\u00e8ncia cognitiva a la recaiguda va disminuint, mentre que la necessitat de fugir del malestar augmenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicadors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c0nsia per consumir<\/li><li>Pensar en persones, llocs o coses associades al consum passat<\/li><li>Idealitzar el consum passat o minimitzar-ne les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies<\/li><li>Imaginar oportunitats de recaiguda considerades m\u00e9s acceptables: consumir nom\u00e9s durant un per\u00edode, substituir el tipus de consum per un altre, plantejar la possibilitat de recaure peri\u00f2dicament i despr\u00e9s reconduir-ho&#8230;<\/li><li>Planificar la recaiguda<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Recaiguda f\u00edsica<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La \u00faltima etapa del proc\u00e9s de recaiguda correspon al moment en qu\u00e8 la persona torna a consumir. Degut a la no reconducci\u00f3 de les fases pr\u00e8vies a nivell emocional i mental, el desig de consumir acaba executant-se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal tenir present, que la prevenci\u00f3 de recaigudes s\u2019inicia molt abans de dir no a una oportunitat de consum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aspectes clau en la prevenci\u00f3 de recaigudes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que cada fase dins del proc\u00e9s de recuperaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 els seus propis riscs de recaiguda, la prevenci\u00f3 es basa en els seg\u00fcents <strong>principis<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Incorporar canvis en la vida per tal d\u2019allunyar-la del consum<\/li><li>Ser completament honest<\/li><li>Demanar ajuda<\/li><li>Practicar l\u2019autocura f\u00edsica, mental i emocional<\/li><li>Seguir les pautes recomanades<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Des d\u2019<strong>UPHILL Centre d\u2019Assessorament Terap\u00e8utic <\/strong>acompanyem a les persones que pateixen una addicci\u00f3 i al seu entorn m\u00e9s proper, en tot el proc\u00e9s de recuperaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melemis S.
