Aquest aspecte fa refer\u00e8ncia als comportaments que es duen a terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Degut a l\u2019addicci\u00f3, es produeix un impacte negatiu en la quotidianitat de la persona, la qual ha integrat maneres de fer nocives per\u00f2 instaurades com a autom\u00e0tiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la fase inicial del tractament, es construeix una nova manera de fer que s\u2019ajusti a un estil de vida saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemples: alimentaci\u00f3 sana i conscient, son de qualitat, exercici f\u00edsic regular, autocura, adquisici\u00f3 de responsabilitats, hobbies, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PENSAR = Gesti\u00f3 cognitiva = Benestar mental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vegada s\u2019ha consolidat una estructura basada en uns h\u00e0bits saludables, el seg\u00fcent pas \u00e9s el treball cognitiu, \u00e9s a dir, la gesti\u00f3 dels propis pensaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aconseguir canvis en aquest nivell, ser\u00e0 de gran import\u00e0ncia aprendre a posar atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019activitat mental per identificar patrons i verbalitzar-los en un context terap\u00e8utic on puguin ser atesos. Progressivament, s\u2019incorporen noves maneres m\u00e9s funcionals de gestionar la pr\u00f2pia ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemples: ganes de consumir, creences limitants, rumiaci\u00f3, obsessions, paranoies, di\u00e0leg intern destructiu, auto-engany&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SENTIR = Gesti\u00f3 emocional = Benestar emocional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Havent integrat les bases pel benestar f\u00edsic i mental, \u00e9s moment d\u2019incidir en el m\u00f3n emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp; aquest sentit, es treballa per fomentar l\u2019auto-coneixement, l\u2019auto-regulaci\u00f3, la motivaci\u00f3, l\u2019empatia i les habilitats socials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemples: culpabilitat per fets passats, dificultat per gestionar la por o la tristesa, comportaments destructius moguts per la r\u00e0bia, ocultaci\u00f3 de la vulnerabilitat&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integritat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conductualitat, la gesti\u00f3 cognitiva i la gesti\u00f3 emocional no haurien de ser tres pilars independents.
