En els \u00faltims anys tamb\u00e9 hem sentit parlar amb m\u00e9s for\u00e7a de <strong>addiccions conductuals<\/strong>: el joc, les compres compulsives, les xarxes socials o els videojocs. No obstant aix\u00f2, existeix una altra forma de depend\u00e8ncia, molt m\u00e9s silenciosa i sovint normalitzada, que comparteix molts mecanismes amb les anteriors: <strong>l&#8217;addicci\u00f3 al menjar.<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un mateix llenguatge en el cervell<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/adiccion-a-la-comida.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/adiccion-a-la-comida-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3706\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/adiccion-a-la-comida-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/adiccion-a-la-comida-980x980.jpg 980w, http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/adiccion-a-la-comida-480x480.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<p>La neuroci\u00e8ncia ha demostrat que tant les subst\u00e0ncies addictives com uns certs comportaments activen els mateixos <strong>circuits de recompensa<\/strong> en el cervell, principalment mediats per la <strong>dopamina<\/strong>. Esa sensaci\u00f3n de placer, alivio o euforia moment\u00e1nea que sentimos al consumir una droga o al ganar una partida, tambi\u00e9n aparece cuando ingerimos determinados alimentos, especialmente los ultraprocesados, ricos en az\u00facares, grasas y sal. <\/p>\n\n<p>En altres paraules: el cervell no distingeix massa si la recompensa ve d&#8217;una copa de vi, d&#8217;una aposta guanyada o d&#8217;una tauleta de xocolata. La l\u00f2gica \u00e9s la mateixa: un est\u00edmul extern genera plaer immediat i refor\u00e7a la necessitat de repetir la conducta. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toler\u00e0ncia, abstin\u00e8ncia i p\u00e8rdua de control<\/h2>\n\n<p>Tres elements defineixen a les addiccions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Toler\u00e0ncia:<\/strong> cada vegada es necessita m\u00e9s quantitat per a obtenir el mateix efecte. En el cas del menjar, aix\u00f2 es tradueix en porcions m\u00e9s grans, fartaneres o cerca d&#8217;aliments cada vegada m\u00e9s intensos en sabor. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abstin\u00e8ncia:<\/strong> quan es redueix el consum, apareixen irritabilitat, ansietat o tristesa. Moltes persones que intenten reduir sucre, refrescos o ultraprocessats ho descriuen igual que alg\u00fa que deixa de fumar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>P\u00e8rdua de control:<\/strong> el desig s&#8217;imposa a la voluntat. Encara que la persona s\u00e0piga que no li conv\u00e9, acaba repetint la conducta. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Aquests tres patrons s&#8217;observen tant en l&#8217;alcoholisme, la ludopatia o l&#8217;addicci\u00f3 a la nicotina com en la <strong>alimentaci\u00f3 compulsiva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La difer\u00e8ncia clau: el necessari vs. el prescindible<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/balanza-de-drogas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/balanza-de-drogas-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3711\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/balanza-de-drogas-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/balanza-de-drogas-980x980.jpg 980w, http:\/\/www.uphill.cat\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/balanza-de-drogas-480x480.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<p>Malgrat les similituds, hi ha un aspecte que fa que l&#8217;addicci\u00f3 al menjar sigui especialment complexa: <strong>no podem deixar de menjar<\/strong>. Una persona pot eliminar l&#8217;alcohol o les drogues de la seva vida, per\u00f2 no pot \u201cabstenir-se\u201d del menjar. La clau, per tant, no \u00e9s deixar de consumir, sin\u00f3 <strong>reaprendre a relacionar-se amb l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 exigeix un abordatge diferent: estrat\u00e8gies de <strong>consci\u00e8ncia aliment\u00e0ria(mindful eating)<\/strong>, educaci\u00f3 nutricional, suport psicol\u00f2gic i, en alguns casos, acompanyament m\u00e8dic.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una mirada m\u00e9s compassiva<\/h2>\n\n<p>Entendre l&#8217;addicci\u00f3 al menjar com el que realment \u00e9s \u2014un fenomen amb bases biol\u00f2giques, psicol\u00f2giques i socials\u2014 permet combatre l&#8217;estigma. No es tracta de \u201cfalta de voluntat\u201d o de \u201cgolafreria\u201d, sin\u00f3 d&#8217;un patr\u00f3 addictiu que comparteix arrels amb qualsevol altra depend\u00e8ncia. <\/p>\n\n<p>Reconocer las similitudes con otras adicciones abre la puerta a <strong>nuevas formas de apoyo y tratamiento<\/strong>, m\u00e1s humanas, realistas y eficaces.
